- Duly completed application form should be submitted in the proforma appended, accompanied by two latest passport size photographs, attested copies of certificates in proof of age, educational qualification, mark sheets, medical certificate, Sponsorship, and service experience (for a Pastor).

- In case of problem of any kind, the applicant may submit the completed form with all the requirements till 26th April 2024 to the Office and address mentioned above by paying a late fee of Rs. 500/-.
- Application received after the due date (i.e., 12th April 2024) for any reason including postal delays will only be entertained by paying a late fee of Rs. 500/-.
- The Competent Authority, reserves the right to shortlist the candidates for test/interview, after due screening of applications, on the basis of qualifications, experience, etc.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for the test/interview.
- Incomplete/unsigned applications will not be considered.
- The examination and interview will be conducted by the Faculty Committee only in CBC, Shillong, Meghalaya. The date of Examination and other details will be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.
- No correspondence will be entertained from the candidates for selection/appointment. Canvassing in any form will be treated as disqualification.
- The applicant must ensure that while filling the application form, they should provide their valid and active (whatsapp) phone no. as the office may use electronic mode of communication while contacting them at different stage of recruitment process.
